Ok so I'm glad that we are getting/got a lot of things fixed so far. But geezes I'm so sick of contractors/maintenance lol will be so glad when we are back in our room with the bed set up lol. Also be happy when we can finally get the deep freeze paid for/ home lol.

I think I might be going to fletchers to get some business cards printed up as well. $50 for 100 cards. It's laser printed but still. Think I'll ask about gloss on the one side as well lol. Then I can start handing out business cards to hopefully get some freelance work, which equals more experience in Graphic Design.

Yes finally the damned farm paper is done!..... well for.. last weeks :S Still "this" weeks to go lol. And zI must speak to Grant about his little mistake? with the schedule lol for a day I requested off and he said I could have off... well days... But should be no problem lmao.

So had a bit of a mis-communication  regarding sale/pickup of the futon lol. So hopefully he'll be here in approx. 20 minutes...... then that big ass thing will be gone!

Then I will be able to start organizing our spare bedroom finally :)

Oh ya, we had a bit of a flood since it rained so much while they were trying to fix the roof lol. Thank god the bathroom roof is almost done, and just needs to be "textured" aka Spackeled. And then hopefully they will get the bedroom roof, and with any luck new carpeting laid *fingers crossed*, done so we can finally re set up the bed >.< because its really getting annoying sleeping in the living room.

But anyways if the futon is gone tomorrow I will be so happy , because it means I can finally organize the shit out of that room :)

Ugh wow what a long day

Working nights makes the full shifts feel longer then they are >.<
Although on the upside I received a response on kijiji to my Graphic Designer ad, asking if I do freelance work :) So I said of course, any experience I can get I will take. And if I can get paid all the better :P

So camp out is getting ever closer, still quite a bit to do that unfortunately has to be pretty much left right till the end lol. Damned yummy lemon meringue pies lol. Ah well it will be worth it :)

Random update... kinda :P

So I've had 2 shifts on night shift so far and ugh .. man is it ever weird. It is defiantly going to take some getting used to. Hoping that working nights at least keeps the pay cheque on the better side lol.

Other then drastic work change's there's also the 30th camp out coming up which I'm getting excited for. I think it is going to be so fun this year, and this year John and I are gonna "kidnap" his niece Vanessa and bring her to the camp out lol. "Kidnap" meaning saying .. k so your commin' k bai :P

So tonight ..er.. Thursday "morning" is the 1st day of graveyard shift  >.< ugh Sooo not looking forward to it. but eh i suppose good money today at least..... er tomorrow?

Wow has it ever been hot lately. Just been roasting to death lol. What is it about Sunday's being the hottest anyways? lol

So about a week and a bit and I'll officially be on graveyards.... Guess we shall have to see how that goes. Hell been thinking maybe... maybe mind you, sometimes I'll bring my skates and skate around the parking lot a bit before work lmao. Especially, on the 1:30 am shifts when I'll probably be there 2 hours early ( when taking bus) lol. Eh, we shall see I guess.

Can't wait till the camp-out, I'm really beginning to get siked for it. Well really I do every year but meh. Going to be so much fun :)

Ugh...

So fell asleep on the couch somewhere just after 7 p.m. last night I think, woke up at 8:30 and went to bed. Been a long week, even if its only been 2 days of work ( going into the 3rd). Still got a decent check THIS week hopefully next's is decent but I doubt it with 4 hour days on Friday's. Ah, well have to do what I can and find a new better job soon hopefully because I'm sure if I work nights to long ( since I'm sure that is what I'll get) I'll freakin' die >.<.

Any ways time to go get ready to bike my ass to work once again. At least the rides a lot smoother with full tires lmao.

So... here i am again

So due to certain circumstances I am now going back to hauling my own ass to work in the early morning, instead of getting a ride from someone.  But oh well it'll be good for me, lots of exercise and such. Get into shape. and hell I'll probably end up roller skating on my own when they finally show up, but we shall see how that pans out. Big changes in life in general to come I'm thinking, or at least given current events and events leading up to such, it appears like it. Particularly with the work hours changing so drastically.

Ah well life's giving me a *twap* on the head saying, Ok time to get moving here.

So its time to apply for the graphic design job at Quest signs again lol even thou they say they want a minimum of 4 years of experience lol. Oh well I will keep applying for it every time I see it >:)

But ya we got more snow this weekend for some reason :S really sick of this white shit during this time of year lol.

So.... tired.....

Wow I am so exhausted after yesterday. Worked my ass off I did. And I still have to think of which shift I want to choose, until I get a new job of course, come july. Graveyards , 10 p.m. ish till 6 am ish, or days that will only be like 3 days a week and not necessarily full days. Problem is I'm not sure I could do graveyards.... besides the fact that I'd have to wait around for 1/2 and hour to and hour before I could catch the bus home .....

All I know is that the amount of "warning" they gave us is not enough. They should have had to give the WORKERS of the union the 3 months as well not just the "union" aka the leader of. Who the fuck cares if they know 3 months ahead ... they don't have to turn their lives upside down to work it, or search for a new job. It's complete and utter bullshit it is.

Long Weekend

Wow so far this long weekend is just flying by lol. And oddly enough...no s**** ... although we did get a little rain lol so that counts :) But ya picked up some iced tea )the good stuff) from Stupid store yesterday since it was on sale lol. As well as house warming gifts for Brandy and keith and Izzy and kevin lol.

Ugh...

Ugh.. so I don't know why I was so tired and grumpy when John came to bed... I mean I went to bed at 8 p.m. like i should. Maybe need a nap when I get home, then get up for a bit probably eat/ watch tv/shower then go back to bed lol. I think I might try that because I still feel exhausted :(

On a happier note I won a pair of roller skates off e-bay :) Now I'm just waiting for paypal to clear my payment so the seller can ship 'em up here. I can't wait till I get them lol, I'm just so excited lmao.

Blah...

Ugh worst thing about having shifts on monday/tuesday is they are never earlier in the morning so come wednesday I'm going bleagh, blah and os on at having to get up so early lol. That and by Thursday I'm thinking it should be Friday lol. Although having those shifts are nice on the pay cheque. Still not really looking forward to July, and this huge shift change thing they have yet to inform us about. Really think they should have to tell us ... the employee's ... the people who actually have to work their crazy hours, wtf is going on more then one month before hand. Like seriously " Oh, ell we told the union 3 months before" .... well sorry to burst you bubble guys.... but we are part of the union are we not? Who cares if the people who run the union don't know dick shit until a month before give us the 3 months so we ca adjust our selves sleeping pattern wise better, or have the time to find a new job..... Seriously get your head's out of your asses and think.

LOL and of course John came to bed at like 2:30 am lol, silly boy.

Did the first draft of the invite/newsletter for the camp out and PDF'd  it to Aunty lol. I still think it may be missing something but not sure as of yet. That and going back through the PDF i found a tab type error I thought I'd fixed lol. Ah, well hopefully she will get back to me soon with anything that needs fixing that I didn't see or with any suggestions lol.

And last, but certainly not least, found a better pair of roller skates then the one's I was watching... well technically Brandy found em lol, But ya so gotta wait till Sunday to bid on these ones so I hope to god that know one else bids on them :( Because I really want roller skates damn it :( Its actually starting to get nice out at the moment so that means its almost skating weather.

But Ya I should probably get going, at least from here. Check the weather get dressed, and hope Brandy is feeling well enough for work that she doesn't call me lol, because I don't know how I'd get to work at this point if she didn't lol.

So its mothers day AND laundry day lol. Finished up the painting I did for mom this morning lol. Gotta let John sleep a little longer then usual thou cause he didn't get to bed till like 4 am. I really tried to stay awake to play some Diablo 2 with him... but apparently it wasn't in the cards... kept dozing/nodding off :(  Really missed him thou, hell I still miss him and he's just snoring in the bedroom a few meters away.

Really glad that his course is going well thou, and that he's happy with it. And hope that he can find a new p/t job to have during school, BP's would be awesome since its so close to school.

Oh, and finally know what sort of stuff to put on this newsletter/flyer/invite thing for the camp out lol. Thou aunty candy is going to be e-mailing me everything once she can get it typed up all nice lol. Then I just have to worry about formatting really, and plunking the text in all nice.

Score! I got my computer back :) so happy I missed my mac so much. Although it feels weird looking at th screen since its so much wider then John's lol. Ah well got it back and thats what matters.

Although i do need to find a way to permanently fix the one back "wheel" on my desk lol its kinda barely in its hole so nudge it wrong and it falls, and well thats just not good with the computer sitting on it lol.

Lol did something kinda funny/stupid thou. Went to print off some resume's for John and plugged the printer into my USB hub and it wouldn't print. Then I realized.. Duh the hub needs to be plugged into the computer lmao.

Speaking of the USB hub, for some reason when I first plugged my ipod into it it wouldn't show up in Itunes lol. But hey my ipod didn'y wipe its self when synced to my Itunes from John's lol, so works for me lmao.

Ok So Found another pair of roller skates on e-bay to watch that are my size. Well and at least 1 pair that are 8.5's but will have to find some 8.5 shoes to try on and see how big they are on me lol. So this time I am sooooooo waiting right till the end before I bid at all lol... hopefully I'll be able to win this time lol, even if they are white lmao. I don't care though as long as they fit I am a happy clam lol.

So hoping that John will start feeling better soon :( really hate when he's sick. That and hopefully they weather will turn around soon to lol, sick of seeing all the white shit on the ground lol. Would rather be seeing rain fall, then that crap.... it is not winter thank you :) even if this is Alberta.

Boy oh boy once again do I feel weird its Wednesday and feels like Friday... well maybe still Thursday but still. Nice for the pay cheque, but hell on the body/mind for figuring out what day it is. We finished up that whole batch of booklets in two days yeesh.

And last, but certainly not least, I think I might be getting my actual computer back soon :) I hope so lol I  miss it :(

Ugh... So tried to win a pair of sweet roller skates off e-bay.... and last hour now and people are jacking up the price where I can't afford it.... Starting to think some if not all of them are being dicks. I hate that.....and I really want skates :(

Other then that it was snowing and blizzarding like crazy this morning... damned alberta weather lol. I sure hope it warms up and melts soon :(

Lol so taco salad at work went over very nice lol. Which is cool, although I will need to get a bigger bowl for the camp out lol. But eh. Hehe even have some leftovers :P

Got a shift on monday at 9 am, probably stitching more of that stupid rocky guide book thing >.< I hate it lol, about the onyl good thing out of it is hours and money.

There's a nice sized tent at walmart for about 80 bux I'm thinking might be a good idea to get for us to lol. Gotta talk to John about it and see what he thinks lol. Also we gotta try and talk Vanessa (his niece) into coming lol. We both think she would have lots of fun lol.

Also still hoping I'll be able to win the auction on e-bay for the sketchers roller skates lol.

Rain Good.. White shit.....BADDDDD!

Omg... we get some nice rain all day yesterday. Then over night it turns to this white shit.... wth. All I can say is ...Go...... Away! No one wants you right now. Come back around lets say...... November ... maybe... Grrrrr.
I hope it melts soon :( even if it is only a little bit lol. Blah...but hey at least its pay day tomorrow, and this and probably next check at least should be pretty decent :)

Ugh..what a week so far..

Actually its more like what a couple of weeks lol. Last week included 6 hours Over time pay, and this week is only at wednesday and its already been a hell of a long week lol. And next week is probably going to be a full one to lol. Yeesh, ah well it will be awesome on the ol' pay cheque :) But time to go brush my teeth so John can check is facebook and such, since I talked him into taking the bus early for coffee :P.

Lol so Brandy and I managed to get all that dirt..... oh sorry "topsoil" off a driveway into the truck with the insistent help of a couple of kids lol. Was kind of cute really lol. Then we managed to make it back to her house without any dirt (or tarps) flying out the back. even if we did have to drive slow, and piss a few people off, but oh well they can suck it up lol. Cut my finger and my hand on the damned tarp thou lol >.< Owwy.

LOL and found John's Ipod that he couldn't find yesterday lmao. Was on the little side table thing that is now in the corner by the kitchen lmao. Can definitely tell he must have been a little frazzled when he was looking for it because it wasn't even underneath anything lol. Thou I did look in a few weird places first lol.

So we're going to go to Denny's for lunch/supper today/tonight lol. Decently priced and close to work/school. And its not like we do this sort of thing often lol. Also got my check from work for the money manulife was supposed to pay be but hasn't so whenever they actually get off their collective asses and pay me I'll have to give the check ( or maybe cashiers check) back to work lol. But hey maybe manulife will keep skirting around and refuse to pay it lol. Not my problem, not me that will be getting in shit because if they don't pay me I can't "pay back" lol. So we'll use that money to help pay for my computer repairs >.< 232 plus tax at least so far /sigh ah well it had better work for a few years after this >.< I think i am going to go and find a little fan that i can plug in and have blowing at the bottom of my computer to keep it cooler/ probably turning it off at night at least. But I will be soooo happy once its fixed/payed for and sitting in my apartment :)

why can't I talk to people about shit (especially John). Hell even if I do open my mouth I always seem to say the wrong thing, or even with action... I always seem to be doing the wrong thing. I love John to bits, with my whole heart and I can't even seem to talk to him about the really serious stuff. What's the matter with me?

So I really need to get some good in soles for my steel toes lol. Think I strained a muscle in my arch again and it hurts like hell to walk or stand on it. And a warm water soak only works as long as my foot is in the water lol.

Oh, and salad...or ice cream for that matter do NOT need to be blowed on. They are NOT hot....yes I did blow on my salad...and I have done so before lol. So fucking funny though lol, even if some one else sees lol. Then you just come up with some smart ass remark, like yes... yes I do think its hot lol.

And one more thing..... apparently my damned disc drive on my computer isn't working right either >.< So thats another 30 bux lol. So hopefully my computer at least works fine for another few years lol. Or at least enough time to save up for a new one lmao.

this week is already so long lmao. Even if it does mean a better check next week lol. I'm definitely not looking forward to July, especially if they are switching us to a night crew basically. I don't think I could do that, I can't sleep in the middle of the day like that :(. Hell even for me who is an earlier riser , these 5 am/ getting up at 3:30 am shifts are getting annoying, I'm  so bloody tired. 

But aside from work. t-minus 2 1/2 (ish) months till the camp out. And I'm starting to get excited, even if it is back at Haunted Lakes and not in our nice double spot lol. We will just have to make do :P and have a hell of a time lol :) (Which I'm sure we will ). I really hope my taco salad ends up turning out good lol. And well we already know John's Puritan Stew will because not only has he made it a million times, but its also stupid easy to make lol.

So one more day for John's seminar thing lol. then he gets to start going back to the school to work on actual schoolwork stuff lol. ( however helpful this seminar apparently is lol :) ) Kinda curious what "unit" he'll do next after his Vista Level 2 exam is done lol. I know he must be anxious to get into some of the "harder" stuff that he may or may not know about yet. And I'm kind of anxious to lol, that and so very proud of him. :)

But anyways I should probably be starting to get ready to go here soon lol. I do have to go to work after all lol.

So looks like I'm getting a full week of work in days wise lol. Full day on monday and now I work at 8 am this morning to, which I'm sure will be a full day as well. Damned Pre-pack's once again I am going to be sick to death of them but hey at least it means more money :) . Which will be very helpful while John is in school.
Although I was looking forward to going for lunch with Izzy and Brandy today and doing a little shopping for the camp out I guess that will have to be put on hold till probably next week.

Also found out how much its going to cost to get a new power supply for my computer, since thats what apparently died lol. Funny thing is, I was right :) ran all the tests right and I WAS RIGHT lol. Was still hoping it would have been the power switch lol but alas no so me thinks that the money I should be getting back from wor for John's patches on either this wednesday or Next will be going towards the price of my power supply lol. Hell maybe I wont have to have Mom, and Marty pay for it at all :) lol. It should be about, rounding up, $213 after tax so $213 - the approx. $119 I should be getting this wednesday or next = $94 left. So hopefully it wont cost much for labour >.<.

But aside from that Mousers coughed up a fur ball or two again last night. So Me thinks it's time for a good brushing and possibly a bath again for the kitty cat. But at least it was food he coughed up. Actually I think their diet is starting to have a bit of an effect :). And I think they might be starting to get used to it to lol, which is awesome.

But I suppose I should be starting to get ready here soon so for now goodbye :)

As well my computer is now sitting in Edmonton at the Apple store, although technically  its called "Westworld computers" lol, waiting for them to run a diagnostic on it lol. Personally me and mom are hoping its just the power switch that died on it lol, would be a much cheaper thing to fix lol. But knowing my luck the power supply its self died :( That would really suck it would, though not as much as if the computer its self is just dead :(

Well it's saturday. At 6:17 am lol why must I always get up so early? lol Ah well lots of time to get ready to go lol. Tempted to bring the laptop to see if my phone does work as a modem even temporarily lol.

So thank god it's friday for sure! Damned afternoon shift got like nothing done thursday night...Ah well gave us more hours lol. Then got an early birthday present :) so now I have a new helmet :P. The went and spent 200$ on groceries lol. So hopefully that lasts a while lmao...well it better :P

So john got "suspended" for 2 weeks from work because some chick was to childish to suck it up for her last 2 weeks since she quit. Whatever guess some people just can't grow up lol. So now John has 2 weeks to concentrate solely on school, although the money that could be earned will be missed. Hell maybe the labor standards people will "step in" per say and say "Uh uh, you can't do that, that way" and he'll still get some money lol. Either we get money or we don't we will make do Im sure :)

So Tomorrow (saturday) I get to go to Edmonton to see what's up with my computer and hopefully fix it :). Then Sunday is Laundry in the early Am then off to Great Grandpa/grandma Carson's for supper :)

Then I actually get a shift on Monday starting at 8 am lol yay more hours I are happy :P.

I hate strong wind......

So yesterday the wind was gusting/blowing so hard that it nearly lifted me off my feet. Hell it pushed my one foot backwards at one point. In a way I can't wait till summer, especially for the camp out which is gonna be a blast, but there's also the fact that it being to hot can be a pain lol. Sure hope we get lots of rain this spring to make it decently wet by the camp out so we don't end up with a fire ban >.< Kinda sucks some of the fun out of camping when you can't have a campfire lol.

On another note John finished his "Vista level one course" in like 8 hours when they gave hi, like 21 lol. And the exam in 1/2 and hour, even with going back over it, when they gave him 3 lol. Ah well may as well get the easy stuff out of the way :P lol. I'm so glad that its going so well for him, and that he's so happy doing it. Its nice to see him happy doing something he loves :).

So that didn't work out...

So tried to go down to check out plaza last night, got there about 10 p.m. And the doors were closed,locked etc. So now im really rather confused about when the hell they are supposed to be open :S. Was kinda looking forward to checking the place out to lol. Ah well sucks but life moves on i suppose lol.

So Laundry day today, then John's first day of school/classes tomorrow lol. I think he's excited, and nervous all at the same time lol. Hope he does good, although I'm sure he will lol. As long as he works hard I'm sure he will do fine :). Hopefully we will get his 1st bunch of money for living expenses from student finance soon thou lol, could really use it for a nice batch of groceries, that will hopefully last longer then usual lol. Lots of frozen veggies and healthy stuff on the brain lol.

But that was mom calling to say she was on her way so I best get going :)

Wow....

Wow, its amazing how long a strong wind can hold out. Its Saturday and its STILL windy as hell lol. But at least its nice and sunny out hopefully it's decently warm lol. Went to the taboo show last night, it was interesting lol lots of neat stuff, however expensive that was a bit of a let down could buy some stuff because of that or size :( Stupid company's making clothes for Anorexic people. I did see a kinda neat purse there for like $40 I was debating whether I should buy it, ended up not because I didn't know if it was really a smart idea. Even thou I don't really but stuff like that for my self all that often lol.

Ah well what's done is done. Might, maybe, possibly be going to Plaza to check it our tonight since we got some free No Cover charge passes/ Free drink passes lol. So we might go and give it a look see what its like since its still pretty new lol.

Oh, I did get some Strawberry - Cheesecake smelling body lotion thou lol. It smells sooo good.

Well....that was a rather sudden way to wake up ..

Lol so I'm sleeping all nice and suddenly I just wake up at about 2:50 am and have to go to the bathroom....like seriously why couldn't my body say, hold it for like another 40 minutes. Although I was sleeping kinda angled on John's pillow...and he did come to bed not long after I went to the bathroom lol, well technically he was in the bathroom when I went to go lol. So I got a crappy last 40 minutes of sleep >.> I hate when that happens damn it.

I do really need to remember to check my e-mail more often thou lol. I had 1 ( maybe 2 if it wasn't from the same person) e-mail(s) about wanting to buy the futon I have for sale lol. Doh!

And as I now have a kitty cat up here demanding skritches and licking one of my typing hands I think it is time to finish getting ready lol.

This Weekend was Awesome :)

So had a pretty awesome weekend if I do say so my self. Went to a new mall down by Calgary, got a couple new bras that even match one of the pairs of undiewears I got on boxing day lol. That and a couple new books for like 16 bux, to complete the one series I have (Artemis Fowl).

Then Sunday had an awesome easter dinner at John's mom's house, gotta love ham :). Then Yesterday (monday) went and did laundry at my mom's and had more ham ANNNND Cheesy Potatoes *licks lips* played some rock band, got a "Over-John" aka over-the-toilet organizer as John would call it since he doesn't really like that name for pretty obvious reasons lol.

Then today John's funding certificate thing came in so were pretty happy about that. Gonna go take that to the post office tomorrow. Then we decided that we were going to go have soup and sandwich's for supper lol. So John made his mushroom soup and bologna/cheese/mustard sandwich and I made my Cream of Celery/Broccoli soup and bologna/mustard/pickles sandwich. Annnnnnnd we were/are stuffed full.

So, actually get to go see my dad, and youngest siblings. Thats a bit of a shocker really. Ah well gotta take it where I can get it. But at any rate were apparently going down to Balzac (sp?) because there's a new mall there apparently should hopefully be fun. Might be going for breakfast with dad this morning but I'll have to believe it when I see it. Hopefully Jadyn actually recognizes me this time :( miss that kid I really do.

Going to John's mom's tomorrow for supper, then Monday to my mom's for laundry. Monday will be our 2nd sunday :)

On another note we bought the AC/DC Live Track pack for rock band yesterday for $5.13 (or so) hell of a deal if I do say so my self. Although on easy it literally crawls along lol. Had to put it on medium just to not fall asleep lol. But we shall have to bring it to moms on Monday any ways lol should be fun to play as a band, I know its fun on guitar as long as your on medium at least :P.

Bought some pizza last night lol (haven't done so in ages), Mine was bbq sauce extra cheese, extra tomatoes, and extra bacon and it was delicious! John had donair sauce, extra cheese, extra donair meat and pepperoni. And he seemed to like it lol. Plus some very nummy cheesy bread and roasted garlic dipping sauce lol.

Played some wow again, and man it feel's weird going back to playing after a month off craziness it is lol.

John is starting to get pretty excited for school, almost giddy at times even lol. I know he is going to be so much happier once he finishes and is certified. He'll be a "new man" I'm sure, he'll feel better doing something he loves to do anyways for a living lol. And I'm sure everything else that jobs depend on will turn around to :)

What a Night....errr Morning

Lol that was an interesting short shift lol. Stupid bike is all messed up thou, I think the rim is bent so that kinda messes up riding to work in the morning come summer time :(. At least until I can get a new wheel, which kinda sucks.

Other then that was a pretty good night, although the cabbie did pull a bit of a bonehead move and turn the wrong way lol. But he was good about it and knocked like 3 bucks off my fare for it lol, so its all good.

Wow so I had a 2 hour snooze from 7-9 and as of yet I feel not to bad lol. Definitely will have to come home and sleep after work but then again 9 hours last night will hopefully help me get through what will probably be 4 hours worth this coming morning lol. Now to decide if I want to get an energy drink or not :).

I sure hope to god that my tire's don't go flat on the ride to/from work....that would really suck that would.

So anyway this morning, I take the bus my usual 1 hour before work so I get to work about 1/2 and hour before. And I decide hmm I want a "coffee" from fas gas so I get off a stop early, well the lights before the stop because they were red but anyways, and run/jog over to fas gas and not only is the cappuccino/hot chocolate machine down but so is debit AND the interac cash machine. Talk about a sign to not spend money eh? lol

Then most of the way through work we end up waiting for what seems like forever because all of the one farm paper haven't even been printed yet. Then finally getting through the part of it that is biggest in size we switch is over to the "smaller" one and then all of a sudden it won't run right >.<. What a time that was I tell ya, but hopefully the shift after us got that all done lol, since it had to be on the truck by 8 pm tonight lol.

So still have to find out when/where John's mom wants to go for the whole easter supper thing lol. Kinda hoping we don't have to pay for ourselves lol, but f so I guess we'll have to keep it really cheap lol. But anyways I will have to update later when I know more :)

Totally Changed up Week...

So this week is totally messed up lol. 9 am then 2 am . Oh well i got 9 hours sleep last night hopefully that will help fpr tomorrow to lol....doubtful lmao Ah well

Wow, 5.25 Hours today ...In at 9 am instead tomorrow ...then dun dun dun 2 am on friday....holy shiet. Ah well I have a slushie right now and I get subway later. I are happy. That and 3 paydays this month plus a gst check :)

Blah Am I ever tired lol...curse you Wednesdays, stupid 1st 5 am day of the week...even I managed to sleep in till at least 8 am monday and tuesday damn it lol. Ah Well good money, good money good money I just gotta keep saying it. But still blahhhhhhh this morning lol. 

Ooo I get to wear my new earplugs to work for the first time today :). I love the bright orangeness lol. Even if they are a lot more rubbery then expected lol, meh.

Busy day for John thou lol. Appointment at the hospital at 8 am for his wrist, then work and then up to sign funding forums lol. Yeesh.

Me, I'll be happy with a full days work So I'm not losing out on any hours. And god knows I really hope I get a good check this time.

Nice John gets to keep his job at mongolie with just a few less days. So hopefully that will keep us ok funding wise. I really do hope so. Will still have to make sure to get as many hours as I can in.

Just gave Papas a bath, now that cat is one that looks like a drowned rat when he's wet. Even more so then Mousers. Man did he ever yowl and complain thou geezes, big baby he is lol. Ah well he doesn't have to have a bath as often as Mouse.

So John finally got the call saying he's been approved for funding. Bad news is he only get 325 a month living expenses wise...so that could make it a little tough. I mean come on guy how do you expect us to survive on that plus my shitty income...because I'm sorry what I make is NOT that much...So ya we pay rent then MAYBE some bills and then HOPEFULLY some food...thank's guys...Look's like John will have to get a small p/t job to. Even thou working while tryign to do this course isn't advised...hell maybe I'll try to get a 2nd p/t job as well...we definitely won't have much of a life I'm thinking, (although I definitely hope it turns out better then I fear). Reallly hope we can get the bottles from the camp out this year, and the money still owed from John's patches...and for people to buy our stuff off facebook..Oh and probably will have to save most if not ALL of refund checks/ GST's to keep money in the accounts. its going to be tuff so I hope John is able to get a really good job after he's done and pay off the loan fast. Definitely will not be turning down anything that people just want to give us , or give away because we will need it.

Another Day...Yet Another Early Morning

Ya know it kinda sucks that no one seems to read this, yet not at the same time.

Stupid funding people are taking their sweet ass time on deciding whether or not John gets funding. Even thou he was approved for more back at RDC before that course was cancelled. I mean wtf? seriously, this is ridiculous. The faster they approve him the faster we can stop being nervous, and he can be happy that he's leaving this shithole of a job. Because he can't really leave until he's approved because we need both sources of income some how or were screwed. So get your asses together and say yes please!

Why do people insist on torturing us/him by making him feel nervous as hell. I mean his "start date" is closing fast people. And he was approved to TAKE the course why not getting the funding???


People confuse me, and its annoying.

Damned White Crap...

I know it's still March and I should be expecting this White shit still, but man do I hate it. I guess the only good thing out of it is moisture for the ground. Sp lets hope that come July, and the camp out that there are NO fire bans damn it >.<. I hate having a fire ban, it takes so much out of camping :( , although knowing where we are going to be camping so we know what sort of activities we can plan would be nice also. 

So starting to get a little nervous that the funding people for johns course haven't called with confirmation yet....I mean come on what's the hold up? All I can say is they had better fucking not grant him funding...I mean he was granted MORE when he tried to take basically the same course at RDC. Surely they don't think that I can support us BOTH while he's in school. Keep dreaming guys, because if you think that you need to have your head examined. At any rate John's going to call the academy today to find out what's up, hopefully he gets some answers. 

It was awesome on sunday thou, we got my mom to sing in rock band. And she's pretty good, both at singing/ keeping pitch and tone or at least faking it lol. I just can't seems to get it. She even made a character on at least one of the games lol, she named it Mom.

I also can't wait until I get my new custom earplugs in from costco, there going to be bright orange :P. Also found out how small of ears I have when I got my ears moulded on saturday for them lol. 

But ya I'm also hoping the damned Advocate doesn't decide to make its self a reallllly early morning paper, and change our hours up again because I could start to get used to this 5 am shit. I mean at least we get 2.10 shift premium for 3 hours every shift (5-8), and that will sure help the paychecks. I mean at least were getting the store papers out earlier, and competing that way. But alas we shall have to see I suppose.

So I think that may be it for this morning.

Oi Vai....

So went to see Sherlock Holmes at the cheap theatre last night, fell asleep for a little bit ( grrrr ) but was still good. Defiantly worth buying on DVD, that and Legion (which I missed most of >.<). I really do hate that they keep those stupid theater's so damned cold thou, I mean do you want your patrons to get sick? Turn up the heat at least a little bit, and if you don't have the ability to...use some of the money from your raised ticket prices to make it so you can...geezes.

I hate when you get paid a nice amount, then with a couple clicks of a mouse *poof* its gone. Damned bills, I swear if I ever won a nice chunk of money I will be zeroing out a few bills to get them into credit. And keeping them there lol. But on the upside I won a free Timmies coffee off my cup yesterday, so free coffee today for me :). Cross my fingers, come onnnnnnn 10K money lol, or ya know a netbook just cause lol ! :P 


Ah well last day of the week, then get to do this same time next week. But at least its good money, what with shift-differential for the first three hours :). Some days it would be nice to make the amount with Shift-dif all the time, but then again that can cause "problems" to lol. :P


I really must get Bell to fix the name they have on my bill >.< that and attempt once again to have NAIT send me my Certificate. I want it damn it! Then I can hang it up next to John and I's diplomas and his Career Prep Certificate. Well that and a copy would look great in my portfolio he he.  :P

Wow...Gotta love Alberta Weather

Well you have to love Alberta weather that ugly, icky white stuff seems to be trying to make a comeback (no i will not say the word :D). On top of that 2nd day getting up at 3:30 to go in for 5 am. I wonder, will I ever get used to this? If so I'm sure it will take a long time. 


He He I have a kitty cat begging for scritches.

This silly kitty in fact. His name is Papas. Well Papa-san technically. John met, and picked him up from I believe it was the Ceda shop he worked at since he loved him so much and everyone seemed to always mistreat him. How could a person mis-treat such a cute kitty like that? I mean look at that face :). He is totally John's son lol.


And just so as to not leave the other one out: (that and he's cute as hell lol)

This is Mousers. I love him to death lol. I believe he came form a cousin of John's, although John's sister has tried to prove he's her kitty I think Mouse has totally latched on to John for good. And now well me lol. Such handsome green eyes lol, although he seems to shed more then papas, even have had to give him a bath quite a few times lol. He seems to be starting to enjoy them, even purrs.

3:30 am....

So this is what 3:30am looks like eh? ....Well I guess I better get used to it :P man am I going to be tired come friday. Exhausted even. So happy that pay-day is friday thou lol. Guess I better start being a bit more careful with the fundage thou lol. Even if anything I did really spend recently was pretty much needed. Hoping that John will be able to get the extra 2k a year for his "disability" for while he's in school thou,that would definitely help us a lot i'd say. Hmm...I still have to think of what I want to make for the camp out to....Hmmmmm what should I make...

Wow.....I slept in?

Ok so it was only till like 8:30 but still holy shit lol. That is just weird, wish I could do that on Saturday's lol. That will probably never happen my body seems to refuse to do so *shakes fist at self* . So couple things we have to do today, gotta go down to the grocery store and pick up a couple things, maybe get some frames for John and I's diplomas so we can finally hang em up. Maybe try tidying up spare room some more, or at least organize it better into sellable things and thing's were keeping. Hopefully we will keep busy, then its off to bed early for me since start my 5 am shift's tomorrow.

Another Early Morning

So it sounds like I might be able to bring my computer to the apple store in edmonton one of these weekends here soon lol. Would be nice to get my computer up and running since apparently now I need to work on a newsletter thing for the family camp-out lol. Eh, would definitely be easier with my computer running just for the programs I have lol. So *hopefully* I can get that done soon.

On another note finally have more information regarding the yearly event. So happy about that, and getting so excited to. I can't wait already, even thou its in july lol, its going to be so much fun. Would be nice if we could figure out something extra special to do since its the 30th but if not I'm sure it'll be just as special, just as fun. And i definitely thought the idea of having anyone who's participating in horseshoes, or golf bring a prize if your going to play. So much more fair. The raffle bag idea sounded cool to. So I guess it'll be off to Liquidation Centre when I can afford it lol.

Time Changes and Stuff

Isn't the whole daylight savings time changes a pain in the ass? I think so especially when you LOSE an hour of sleep over it. Losing sleep just sucks. its a good thing I get a couple of days in before I start this whole 5 am working thing because if tomorrow I had to go to work at 5 am i'd be dead, hell I'll probably be dead tired on my feet come wednesday. But at any rate Oh well its done its changed now time to get on with life....I suppose :).

But aside from that once again John has 3 days off this week......and more shit is happening at his work...he cannot wait to be out of that place and in school. I can see him being much happier once he is. No more crappy ass hours, no more bullshit tip division, No more bullshit to deal with from fellow employee's. Maybe once he's done school it'll be my turn lol.

If I do go back to school I've been thinking I'd like to add some basic digital photography to my resume. Something I can add to my Graphic Design knowledge. Granted getting my Macintosh back up and running would help to lol. Damned Power supply ( or so I think), hopefully a power supply (if thats what it is) will be cheap, and hopefully it will be worth it to fix it and I won't have to save for a brand new $2000 computer ( although I wouldn't complain at a new one since mine is getting a little old lol). Ah I'm sure once John is done with this course and has a job doing as such things will be much better. And we'll be able to afford to save for more things that we want.

Early Mornings

Worst part about going to bed so early is how early I wake up. And to think last night the only reason I went to bed so early was because I was bored out of my skull lol. Ah well next wed-fri it'll be early to bed anyways to be up at 3:30am to be at work for 5 am....yeesh. Going to be interesting. What will be even more interesting is when I start riding my bike to work that early come summer time.

So...

So maybe a little about me and what's been going on lately.

Well I'm a naturally shy person, although that is slowly changing, who likes to game a fair amount (definitely liking MMO's quite a bit lol), live with my boyfriend John of ermm what is it..4 years now? wow lol love him to death lol.

But ya life's been really speeding along lately John's starting school soon so thats exciting he's so happy and i am so happy for him, not to mention proud of him getting out there to be able to do what he loves, and I know that once he completes this course he is going to be even happier. Things really seems like they are going to be turning around here soon. :)

Of course the prospect of income possibly being slightly less then perfect is a little scary but can't really get much worse then now lol that and the fact that at the end of it all income for one should be much higher then the current situation lol. Now if only the confirmation call for his funding would come in we'd be peachy :P

But outside of that been getting a little bit frustrated/tired of some things happening on facebook, so i'm hoping that they are over and things can settle down.

So thats it for now hopefully i'll remember to keep writing :)
